Chiropractic is a remarkable healing therapy for RECOVERY from accidents, injuries, traumas, and for preventive WELLNESS. Chiropractic strengthens the IMMUNE SYSTEM by decreasing stress in the body which directly influences the NERVOUS SYSTEM and promotes healing. Chiropractic accompanied by increasing muscle flexibility, stretching, diet, exercise, education, and your compliance can change your quality of life. Are you interested?

Dr. Shaar’s patients benefit from her expertise derived from an integrated educational background of clinical neurology, chiropractic health care, therapeutic massage and extensive athletic history. This allows her to assess patients’ health care from a whole-body perspective and promote health from a holistic approach. While supporting the body in healing itself, Dr. Shaar educates the patient about their body and the healing process. Dr. Shaar has a passion for encouraging patients to become responsible for the condition of their body. The high intensity and quick fixes prevalent in today’s society make it easy to become disconnected from one’s body on many levels; emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. The goal is balance with health and all the other areas of life.

Dr. Shaar works with each patient individually, designing a treatment plan and an educational profile that helps the patient increase their quality of life. The treatment plan could consist of many different modalities, such as chiropractic adjustments, massage therapy, therapeutic stretching, TheraStim treatment, and/or cold laser. Education is always a key to any type of healthcare, which will enable the patient to understand how to continue a better level of care.

Dr. Shaar utilizes a wealth of athletic experience, education, seminars, and knowledge to provide the best possible care for her patients’ individual recovery and wellness needs. If you, a family member, friend, or co-worker have been in an accident, have an injury or trauma that still bothers you today give her a call. If you are looking for a preventive healthcare that focuses on wellness give her a call. You will never know until you call.
